Chukong 10 Complex is right across the street from Artist Apartments, where we live, and is along the path I take to Nojeok Hill each morning.
Recently they repainted the buildings, which is something they do about every ten years. I'd say we're about ready for a new paint job at Artist Apartments too, but if we did that, it would mean admitting they aren't going to tear down and redevelop the area for at least several more years, and some people aren't ready to acknowledge that reality yet.
The top photo is of Building #14 before the big paint job. The second is the after photo. And the photo at the bottom shows the apartment complex half-painted several weeks ago as taken from Nojeok Hill.
