I love the way we sort our trash into 7-8 different categories of recycleables each Monday morning here. Last week, due to the Chuseok holiday, they did the recycling a couple days early, so with all the packaging left over from the Chuseok gifts and the extra days between trash pickup, this morning's piles were even taller than usual!
