Family History Tour 2012 (16 of 22): Heuksan Island, Miscellaneous

  1. Guy selling health food products on the boat back to Mokpo
  2. Seating area on the boat back to Mokpo
  3. The high rise buildings that some artist supposes Heuksando will have a lot of someday
  4. Drinking a locally made makgeolli at a local restaurant. We got pretty intoxicated that evening, and we didn't even drink it all.
  5. On the second morning in Heuksando, Myunghee decided she was going back to Mokpo early and alone because she had heard a typhoon was coming through in a few days and wanted to make sure she didn't have to ride on a rough sea and get seasick again. The kids blocked the door though and so she couldn't leave, even though her bag was packed!
