This lake north of Hoengseong was created with a dam and some sentimental types managed to get a small museum built in this spot to remember the land that got flooded in the lake's creation. We arrived the day after a ceremony to commemorate a walking trail around the perimeter. With more time, we might have walked it a bit. (Click here to visit in Google Maps.)
