Not far from the Battle of Dabu-Dong, the fighting raged all along the Nakdong River, and this spot near the north end of the Pusan Perimeter was also particularly hard fought. A section of the bridge below was blown up by the Americans in order to prevent the North Koreans from crossing. Today, it's a pedestrian bridge.
