I had hoped to stay at the same place I slept at after finishing the Section 13 here back in November but apparently the owners shut down for the winter and went to live somewhere else. Unable to find anywhere to sleep, I hitched a ride back to Hwagae to grab a motel room. The next morning, I bussed back to the point where the road heads up from the Seomjin river. No snow at low altitudes, but plenty up higher.
