What to Expect
This is an easy path with very little up and down. It primarily runs along the Seomjin river to Gurye and then the Seoshi stream to Nandong.
Note that there’s no homestay accommodation in Nandong, but that there is quite a bit of cheap accommodation in Hwangjeon Village just down the road. As an alternative, the friendly proprietor of the Gurye Guesthouse will pick up from just about anywhere in the Gurye valley area with a phone call to 010-8653-6337.
Getting There
Take the bus from elsewhere in the country to Gurye and the taxi or local bus to/from Omi Village or Nandong Village.
