The best views of Section 5 are found here, with both the starting point and ending points in sign, including the Sancheong-Hamyang Incident Memorial. The guy manning the station explained that the North Koreans had taken refuge in the hills around here during and after the Korean War and the Sancheong-Hamyang Incident occurred while the South Korean army was trying to flush them out.
