We don't have many singing rooms in the area around my office (the building across the street only has five (as shown in the yellow boxes). So, considering that I frequently get the urge to sing in one of these places (approximately once every ten or twenty years), you can imagine how happy I was to see workers hanging up a sign for a sixth singing room the other day in this same building.
Lest you think there are lots of these around and that the market might be getting saturated, the building next door (see second photo below) only has ten, so of course, it's really fortunate that creative businesspeople are still entering the market of this fantastic growth industry.
(We are similarly deprived of an adequate selection of chicken restaurants near our apartment.)
