On our way out to Mr. Toilet House in Suweon a week or so ago, we stopped by Banweol Lake, a nice 15-minute drive from our house outside Ansan. It's not one of the prettiest parks around, seeing as how it's surrounded on all sides now by highways and the high-speed train line, but it's closeby and worth a visit. It's also on the way to Suri Temple, the only bonafide looks-like-a-Buddhist-temple temple in the area, too.
There are a number of restaurants at Banweol Lake and we picked this one even though we'd never been before. We got lucky; the food was good! (Click here to visit in Google Maps.)
