There's a reason I strongly suggested that Myunghee not open her shop in this area. It's nice that this is the center of action in the area but within 3-4 minutes' walking distance of the seven coffee shops marked in yellow in this photo, there are no less than three Starbucks, as well as countless other shops of various sizes serving coffee. Rents are through the roof, too.
