According to the Talmud, a jar with only enough oil to last one day ended up going for eight days for the victorious Maccabees a long time ago. This was the Miracle of the Oil which is celebrated by Jews at Chanukah each year.
We have a similar miracle underway at our place. Treasure and Cauvery are each supposed to take two of these Gummy Bear vitamins each day, meaning that the two hundred gummy bear vitamins in a freshly opened jar should be fully consumed in less than two months.
However, in spite of the kids swearing up and down that they never forget to take their vitamins, and as additionally evidenced by them checking the "Take vitamins" box on their weekly charts to get their full allowance week after week, this bottle of vitamins has lasted for many months and is still not empty…
It's a miracle!!!
