On our way back from Nojeok Hill recently, we came upon this gentleman at the crosswalk. His vest says, "Loving Protector of the Future Generation: Silver Manpower Bank".
He's on his way to the crosswalk near the school to help kids get safely across the street. The "Silver" refers to senior citizens whose hair has turned gray, er, silver. "Manpower Bank" is a cute way of saying he's part of a group of senior citizens available to do volunteer work.
