Not many businesses in Ansan have been around for 20+ years, but here's one. They apparently opened in 1989, which would probably mean, right at the time this building was first built.
I remember coming here for dinner with friends shortly after arriving in Korea back in 1994 and long before the family came along. But we still eat here occasionally. They serve "military base soup".
