Freedom Park sits right above the old foreign sector and includes the 100-year memorial to the establishment of US-Korea diplomatic relations (photo 2), the statue of Macarthur (photo 3) and the Chemulpo Club (photo 3), which used to be where the important foreigners in the area hung out.
