How About Mr. Yang for Gyeonggi Province Assemblyman?

Mr. Gwang-Mo Yang is from the National Participation Party [my translation, not theirs, since I can’t find an English name for the party on their website [EXPIRED LINK REMOVED: https://www.handypia.org/]
. This is a good indication they are not a leading party.) and is running for the Gyeonggi Province assembly, representing the Il-Dong, I-Dong and Seongpo-Dong areas of Ansan.

Apparently he was a supporter of the late previous president Noh, who committed suicide about a year ago in connection with a corruption investigation. (Click here for a brief email exchange I had with a friend at the time.)

Mr. Yang’s sign says, “[Former President] Moo-Hyun Noh will smile on June 2.” Presumably, he will smile only if Mr. Yang wins, though.
